A Christmas tree farm will open today in a village near Darlington for your "ultimate Christmas experience".
Croft Christmas Trees opens today, with their 100-acre farm promising the perfect tree.
Touting themselves as the "region's largest choice of fresh trees", Croft Christmas Trees has been growing the festive firs since the 1980s, aiming to grow the perfect tree for everyone, whether "small, large, bushy, thick or thin."

The spokesperson added: "We're dedicated to enhancing your Christmas traditions. Plenty awaits you this year at this enchanting hidden gem in the village of Lewis Carroll's childhood home."
As well as a large variety of trees, and expert guidance, the farm also has a Christmas tree shop - for you to deck your new tree with lights, curated decorations, fresh wreaths, ribbons, tree stands and local produce plus delicious Meg Rivers luxury Christmas cakes.
