With Christmas fast approaching, we have prepared a Christmas light switch-on round-up for Teesside.
We have compiled a full list of all Christmas light switch-on events taking place in the region - including times and dates.
Middlesbrough
The event will take place on Sunday (November 19) from 12pm to 6:30pm and will be an afternoon filled with music, entertainment and delicious treats.
It will feature live performances from the North East Opera and many more.
BBC Tees Gary Philipson will be hosting and chatting to Amelia Lily and Philip Green about this year’s pantomime before the big switch-on at 5:30pm.
Redcar
The event will take place on Sunday, November 26 beginning at 2pm on Redcar High Street.
As part of the event, there will be an illumination parade starting at 4pm to stretch out the festive fun from the civic centre to Redcar Town.
There is set to be more than 200 participants with a variety of artwork, professional performers, and music artists.
Stockton
The event will take place on Thursday, November 23 for the launch of Stockton Sparkles.
BBC Tees Gary Philipson and Dan Westwood will present the event which will feature a special festive set from the Stockton Sings Choir and Apollo House Band.
The light switch-on will begin at 6.30pm.
Hartlepool
The event will take place on Friday, December 1 in Church Square, Hartlepool.
Organisers have teased very special guests who will switch on the lights.
They said: "It’s the most magical time of the year when we illuminate the town in dazzling Christmas lights.
"Join us at Church Square when some very special guests will be pressing the button.

Billingham
The annual event will take place on Saturday (November 25) in Billingham town centre.
Billingham Town Council have said the event will run from 4pm to 5pm.
It will also feature a performance Christmas carols from Singing Sue's Vocal Academy.

Ingleby Barwick
The event will be taking place on Friday (November 24) in The Myton Pub Car Park in Ingleby Barwick.
It will begin at 6pm, with children’s rides open from 4.30pm.
It will also feature live music from the Ingleby Barwick Community Choir.
