Beauty and cosmetics brand Lush has announced when its new store will open at Teesside Park.
The company, known for its bath bombs and fragrant toiletries, will open at the Teesside retail park on Friday, December 8, at 11am.
It takes over half of a unit previously occupied by Mamas and Papas. The Echo previously reported how Lush had submitted planning permission to put new signage up at the site.
Store manager Shelly Hatfield, who previously managed the brand’s Middlesbrough store for 18 years, said: “Teesside Park is a lovely vibrant shopping environment and a perfect match for a Lush store. I can't wait to open the doors and welcome customers.
“We love to party at Lush and I'm looking forward to creating events, workshops, gatherings and celebrations for the Teesside community.
“What I love most about working for Lush is that we believe in matching products to the customer's needs and take the time to do that properly with tailored consultations where you can learn more and try the products before you buy them.
“We can't wait to meet lots of new customers, get to know them and show them a great time.”
The opening will see a host of freebies handed out with the first 100 customers being gifted a goodie bag of Lush goods.
