Residents were left angry and disappointed after a Darlington bus stop was damaged following an incident this week.
Durham Police said glass had been damaged at the bus stop on Whinbush Way opposite ASDA at around 6:30pm on Wednesday (November 8).
They are appealing to the public for more information concerning the incident.
A Durham Police spokesperson said: "On Wednesday 8th November, approximately 18:30hrs, the bus stop on Whinbush Way has had the glass damaged opposite ASDA.

"If you were in the areas who witnessed this damage happen or have captured this on dash cam, please use the crime reference CRI00511464 by contacting PCSO Molly Stonebank via 101 or email Molly.Stonebank@durham.police.uk."
A saddened resident said: "The amount of times I’ve walked past a smashed bus stop in Darlington in recent years, incredibly sad to see."
