A 27-year-old man has been issued with a fixed penalty notice after fly-tipping in the North East under the cover of darkness.
The young man, from Bishop Auckland, dumped bags of rubbish on Greenfields Road, near Woodhouses, on the outskirts of the town.
The fly-tipping offence took place under the cover of darkness, but was still caught on CCTV.

Following an investigation by a member of Durham County Council's Wardens Fly Tipping Investigation Team, the man was interviewed and accepted responsibility for the offence.
The Fixed Penalty Notice, set at £400, needs to be paid within 14 days or the male will be prosecuted for the offence.
A spokesperson for Durham County Council said: "To report Fly Tipping please call 03000 260000 or use the online reporting system www.durham.gov.uk/doitonline"
