The official opening date for a new North East B&M store has been set.
Earlier this year, it was announced that B&M would be moving into the old Toys R Us unit on Teesside Park in Stockton - creating 60 jobs for the area.
Over the last couple of months, diggers have been spotted at the new B&M site, while builders have been seen inside the new store.
However, before that happens, the company has admitted that more work has to be done on the 34,686 sqft space, which will undergo a comprehensive internal and external refurbishment programme before officially opening its doors at 8am on Thursday, November 23.
Customers can expect to find a wide variety of branded groceries including a range of food, drink and pet food.
There will also be health and beauty products, homeware, electricals, DIY essentials, toys, games, and gifts that B&M has become known for over the years.

Catherine Furlong, centre director at Teesside Park, said: “We can't wait for the doors to open on the brand new B&M store. It's arriving at the perfect time in the run-up to the festive season with all of the store's fantastic Christmas essentials, from decorations to presents.
"It's a really exciting time for us with lots of other new arrivals to come, including Wagamama, Flannels and Primark - all of which we're sure will prove very popular with our visitors!"
Alongside the announcement about the store, staff at the new B&M were asked to nominate a local charity they think truly deserves some VIP treatment for the work they do for the local community.
They chose the team from The Teesside Family Foundation to take centre stage and officially unveil the new B&M store, as well as a donation to the charity.
The Teesside Family Foundation are a charity that is committed to supporting local people and local causes throughout the Teesside area.

They aim to improve the quality of life for all those in need in the community of Teesside, whether this be due to their age, disability, ill health or financial hardship.
They organise numerous charity events throughout the year to raise funds towards this goal and offer short breaks at Primrose Valley, for families who would not get a break otherwise.
A B&M spokesperson said: “We’re feeling extremely positive about the creation of more jobs for local people, and we hope customers are going to be delighted with their new store.”
“The Teesside Family Foundation really stood out for us, so we wanted to give them some VIP treatment as a thank you for all the hard work that they have done.
"We hope that our donation can help them to continue the great work they do.
