One person was treated at the scene of a crash at a Durham junction on Wednesday (November 1) morning, as police and paramedics both attended the scene.
Emergency services were called to the junction of the A692 and the A693 in Leadgate at around 8.20am, following reports of a two-vehicle collision.
After arriving on the scene first, paramedics confirmed that one person was treated at the scene and they made their own way to hospital.

A North East Ambulance Service spokesperson said: "We received a call at 8.26am this morning (Wednesday, November 1) to reports of a road traffic incident on the A692 in Leadgate.
"We dispatched a community first responder who was first on-scene, and a clinical team leader.
"One patient was treated on-scene and then made their own way to hospital."
