A woman has been bailed following an incident which saw armed police descend on a North East street last week.
A woman, 35, has been bailed in connection with an incident at a property in Pine Grove, Hartlepool, on Thursday (October 19) evening where a woman barricaded herself inside a property after a report of criminal damage.
There was a large armed police presence, with six cars attending the scene at one point.

Cleveland Police had also cordoned off a large part of the street as they dealt with the incident.
Other residents in the neighbourhood were also pictured overlooking the cordon as the incident continued.
After a twelve-hour standoff, a woman in her 30s was arrested and taken into police custody.

At the time, a Cleveland Police spokesperson said: "Following a report of damage being caused at a property on Pine Grove, Hartlepool, at around 3.45pm on Thursday, October 29, a woman barricaded herself inside the property.
"A woman aged in her 30s was arrested in connection with the incident at about 4am this morning.
"She remains in police custody at this time."
