A woman in her 30s was arrested in the early hours of the morning after armed police descended on a North East street yesterday afternoon (October 19).
Police were pictured at Pine Grove in Hartlepool late on Thursday following reports of damage to a property as well as a woman barricading herself inside of it.
A large armed police presence which included at one point six police cars attended the scene and cordoned off a majority of the street.

Other residents in the neighbourhood were also pictured overlooking the cordon as the incident continued.
Twelve hours after arriving at the scene, a woman in her 30s was arrested by officers and remains in police custody.
Cleveland Police said: "Following a report of damage being caused at a property on Pine Grove, Hartlepool, at around 3.45pm on Thursday, October 29, a woman barricaded herself inside the property.
"A woman aged in her 30s was arrested in connection with the incident at about 4am this morning.
"She remains in police custody at this time."
