A planning application has revealed a popular Pan-asian chain is planning to come to a North East retail and leisure park.
Wagamama is interested in coming to Teesside Park in Thornaby, according to planning applications submitted on Stockton Borough Council's website.
The documents, submitted in August, outlined plans to display an advertisment within the premises on Unit 19A.
The details show an application for advertisement consent for one internally illuminated fascia sign.

The giant restaurant chain serves Japanese-inspired food to its patrons and has many branches throughout the UK.
The plans show that Wagamama will occupy half of the unit which used to be Mamas and Papas alongside Lush, who have recently submitted planning permission for Unit 19B.
The brand will also be opening a new store in Scotch Corner Designer Village, off the A1 near Richmond.
The designer village is slated to open in October this year.
Wagamama currently has locations at the MetroCentre in Gateshead, Newcastle city centre, and York.
