Strictly Come Dancing will be taking over the North East at the beginning of next year as the live tour makes its way to Newcastle.
The 2023 series kicked off last weekend with the launch show which saw 15 celebrities including EastEnders actor Bobby Brazier and tennis legend Annabel Croft dazzle in sequins for the first time.
This Saturday (September 23) will see the first live show of Strictly as the couples perform their week one dance, hoping to impress the judges and the audience at home.

When is Strictly Come Dancing Live coming to Newcastle?
The Strictly tour will be coming to the Utilita Arena in Newcastle on January 24 at 7.30pm and January 25 at 2.30pm and 7.30pm.
There will be three showings in total.
How to buy tickets for Strictly Come Dancing Live at Newcastle’s Utilita Arena
If you want to surround yourself with the glitz and glamour of the Strictly ballroom outside of the TV, presale tickets for the Strictly Come Dancing Live tour in Newcastle are now available via Ticketmaster.
General tickets will go on sale from 10am on Friday, September 22.
Radio Times reports tickets could cost between £35-£100 but prices will vary depending on venues and seats.

Who is performing on the Strictly Come Dancing Live tour in 2024?
The tour next year will see the return of Shirley Ballas alongside Anton Du Beke and Craig Revel Horwood as the judges.
The host of It Takes Two Janette Manrara will also present the live tour.

The line-up of Strictly professionals and celebrity contestants taking part in the tour is yet to be announced.
