Proud owners have been parading their pets as Darlington Championship Dog Show returned at the weekend.
The annual three-day gathering returned to Ripon Racecourse, held once again as a qualifier for the national Crufts event.

Dog categories included hound, utility, terrier, working, pastoral, gundog, and toy with pooches all competing for the top prizes.
