A man from Middlesbrough has been fined in court after being the passenger of a car and not wearing a seatbelt.
Manoj Kumar Cheepurechetty, 28 of Zetland Place in Middlesbrough, had his case heard before Bromley Magistrates’ Court on Thursday, September 7.

He was caught on February 2, 2023 at Hounslow riding as a passenger in a Fiat without wearing a seatbelt.
Cheepurechetty was fined £220 for the offence.
He was also made to pay £88 to victim services, and £110 in court costs.
