Two big-name brands are set to move into empty units at a North East retail park - including one taking over a former Argos store.
A detailed plan for Cleveland Retail Park has unveiled JD Sports and Greggs as new names of the shopping complex show after confirming that the units are 'under offer'.
On the map, JD Sports is located in the former Argos store, while Greggs is listed inside the former Frankie & Benny's restaurant.

The site of the former Argos at the retail park, which is near Trunk Road in Middlesbrough, has remained empty since Argos was closed last year.
Now that the plans have been unveiled, it's expected that JD Sport, who sell sportswear, shoes, trainers, and designer clothing, will open yet another offering in the North East, having already got stores in Darlington, Durham, Newcastle, Redcar, Teesside Park, Stockton, Hartlepool, and several other locations.
The Argos store at Cleveland Retail Park closed in June 2022, having only opened in October 2020.
The store has remained closed ever since.
Elsewhere, part of the former Frankie and Benny's restaurant is earmarked for bakery chain Greggs.
