Police are warning the public to expect delays on the A688 after a single-vehicle crash caused large traffic jams this morning.
Thankfully, nobody was injured during the incident but delays are still expected.
The collision happened around 7.20am this morning on the A688 near the Applegreen petrol station.
Debris from the crash is being cleared from the road.

A spokesperson for Durham Constabulary said: "Police were called at 7.20am this morning (September 6) to reports of a one-vehicle collision on the A688 at Binchester.
"Thankfully nobody was injured in the incident.
"The vehicle and debris are being recovered and motorists are to expect delays."
