A Darlington man who allegedly stole two bottles of perfume before assaulting two emergency service workers will appear in court at the start of next week.
Graham Marsh, 43, of Sanderson Street, Darlington, will appear at Newton Aycliffe Magistrates' Court on Monday (September 4), charged with theft, two counts of assaulting emergency service workers, and one of resisting arrest.

It's alleged that Marsh stole two bottles of perfume worth £185 from House of Fraser on August 2 this year, before allegedly assaulting two police officers.
He is also charged with allegedly resisting arrest from one of the police officers that he is said to have assaulted.
