Police have launched an investigation after a youth wearing a balaclava indecently exposed himself to a pensioner in County Durham.
Officers from Durham Police are looking into the incident, which happened at around 12.20pm on Thursday, August 17 on Cragside Court in Annfield Plain.
The incident is alleged to have happened after a woman confronted him over criminal damage to a car.

The woman, who is in her 70s, had spoken to three youths, two males and one female, who had damaged the wing mirror of a Fiat 500 car parked on the street.
One of the youths, who was wearing a balaclava, became verbally abusive and then indecently exposed himself, before all three left in the direction of the Tesco store.
Anyone with information about the incident or can identify the suspects is asked to call Stanley Police on 101, quoting incident number 0180 of August 17.
