This historic three-bed house has hit the market – but its location isn’t for the faint-hearted.
The grade II-listed Darlington abode is built of local stone, but buyers will have to put up with some spooky neighbours as it is in a graveyard.
And if the locals weren’t enough there’s a gaping hole in the roof, the windows are shuttered up and thick ivy covers the brickwork.

Built in 1875 as a home for the cemetery keeper at the town’s North Cemetery, it is now set to go under the hammer with a guide price of £30,000.
Constructed in a stone gothic style, it has three bedrooms across two floors and an outside courtyard area.
An auction listing says the property needs renovation and warns that internal viewings are not possible due to its condition.
