A County Durham road was partly closed in the early hours of this morning (Saturday, August 12) after a car driver collided with bollards.
Emergency services were called to the A692 at Hobson, just before Hobson Golf Club, at around 1.20am following reports of a one-vehicle collision on the stretch of road.
Images from the scene show the car horizontal on the A692, blocking one lane of traffic, while police officers can be seen walking around the vehicle.
