A missing 16-year-old girl from Durham has led to police launching an appeal to find her.
Leah Storr was last seen outside the Newton Grange pub on Finchdale Road, Newton Hall, in Durham just before 10pm last night (Thursday, August 10).
The teenager is described as 5 ft 2ins, with a slight build, shoulder-length dark hair, a silver nose ring, and was last seen wearing a black vest and ripped black jeans.
Police are growing concerned for Leah’s welfare and ask anyone who sees her, or knows where she is, is asked to contact Durham Police on 101 without hesitation.

A spokesperson for Durham Police said: “Have you seen missing Leah Storr?
“Leah was last seen outside of the Newton Grange pub on Finchale Road, Newton Hall, in Durham at around 9.55pm last night (Thursday, August 10).
“16-year-old Leah is described as 5ft2 and of slight build, with shoulder length black hair, a silver nose ring, and was last seen wearing a black vest and ripped black jeans.
“Anybody who has any information relating to Leah’s whereabouts is asked to contact Durham Police on 101 as soon as possible.”
