A man was left injured in the street as two knife-wielding men stole his Mercedes and fled the scene.
Officers from Cleveland Police were called to Blackbush Walk in Thornaby at around 7.10pm on Tuesday (August 8) following reports of a stolen vehicle.
A Mercedes was stolen in the incident, while the victim, a male in his forties, was approached by two males in possession of bladed weapons and suffered a minor arm injury in the incident.

The vehicle was later located and recovered in Thornaby.
But the two males haven't been caught by police yet.
