A woman has been arrested following a series of thefts from motor vehicles in the Burn Valley area of Hartlepool yesterday.
A series of thefts from motor vehicles where various items have been removed from cars and vans, occurred on Thursday, August 3 in the Burn Valley area of Hartlepool.
Officers from Hartlepool Police are now appealing to the public for information regarding these thefts, CCTV in the Burn Valley Ward area of Hartlepool, specifically the area of Grange Road, Hutton Avenue, Wilton Avenue, Wilton Road, Clifton Avenue and Linden Grove between 4:00am and 5:30am on 03/08/2023.
They are asking people if any of the items pictures belong to them, or if they know to whom they belong.

A spokesperson for Hartlepool Police said: “Hartlepool Police are appealing for information with regards to a series of thefts from motor vehicles where various items have been removed from cars and vans which occurred in the early hours of Thursday, August 3 in the Burn Valley area of Hartlepool.
“Officers have conducted house to house and CCTV enquiries in the area leading to the arrest of a 30 year old female who is currently helping police with their enquiries.
“Officers have subsequently recovered property as pictured below and are looking to trace the owners.
