A car that was found alight in a Teesside field last night (July 24) was believed to have been a deliberate incident, emergency services say.
Emergency services were called to reports of a car on fire just after 8pm last night on Trunk Road near Teesville in Middlesbrough.

Cleveland Fire Brigade has said the car was found "well alight", as one fire engine from Grangetown attended the scene.
Firefighters used one jet and one breathing apparatus whilst extinguishing the blaze for just over two hours before leaving at 10:33 pm.
Cleveland Fire Brigade added the cause of the fire is "believed to be deliberate", yet the reason for the fire is currently unknown.
The Northern Echo has contacted Cleveland Police for more information.
A police spokesperson said: "We were called following reports that a vehicle was on fire on the field off Church Lane in Eston at around 8pm on Monday 24th July.
"Cleveland Fire Brigade also attended and put out the fire.
"Enquiries are currently ongoing. Anyone with information should contact us on 101, quoting reference number 146202."
