A Middlesbrough man became aggressive when confronted after being caught on CCTV dumping a fridge.
Abbas Gravand, 41, was spotted on video arriving at Riverside Industrial estate on April 19 with a fridge perched in a shopping trolley.
He left it on a footpath before walking away with the trolley.
Council officers watched the footage and then went to his house the following day.

When members of the environment team showed Gravand pictures of him fly-tipping the fridge he became aggressive.
He refused to be served a Fixed Penalty Notice.
The case was brought before Teesside Magistrates' Court and Gravand pleaded guilty to the offence.

He was fined £200 for breaching the Environmental Protection Act.
After the hearing Cllr Janet Thompson, Middlesbrough Council’s Executive Member for Community Safety, said: "Fly tipping is completely unacceptable and this man’s behaviour has rightly been punished by the courts.
"I hope this sends out a message to anyone else thinking of fly tipping that we will pursue you take all action available to us."
