AS the second day of the Great Yorkshire Show gets underway, Countryfile favourite Adam Henson was on hand to present rosettes - and enjoyed meeting some of the cattle in action.
Adam started his day with judges of the Charolais cattle, viewing proceedings in the ring before handing out rosettes to class winners.
He then took a tour of the cattle lines, taking particular interest in the Highland cattle and chatting to farmers about their livestock.
Before being whisked off for his first media appearance on stage to talk about his latest book, Two for Joy: The Untold Ways to Enjoy the Countryside.
