A 15-year-old has been found to have no licence and no insurance after they were stopped by police riding a motorbike on a County Durham road.
Officers came across the bike and its rider on Corporation Road, Darlington, following Emergency Services Day that took place today (July 1) in the town's Market Square
The owner was immediately stopped by police and exclaimed “I’m all insured mate” before fleeing the scene.
