A charity shop has announced its shock closure in Darlington after the company that owned it revealed a closing date for the branch.
Frade, which is based on Chestnut Street in the town, has been a staple of the community after offering furniture, house items, toys, games and entertainment.
However, according to a message added online on Tuesday (June 20), the community hub announced that it would be shutting its doors next week.

On Monday (June 26), the shutters will go down on the business for the final time.
In a post, the charity said: "Sadly one of our local charity shops Frade which is just off Chesnut Street is closing down.
"They have to clear the place so have slashed prices and are accepting offers on everything.
"Final day is next Monday, June 26."
