Two vehicles were seized by officers from Shildon Police after driving erratically earlier today (Sunday, June 18).
Officers were called when the drivers of the two vehicles were driving erratically and harassing other road-users.
Both vehicles had also been badly vandalised, and both were seized within twenty minutes of the first phone call reporting the incident.
A spokesperson for Shildon Police: “Today officers encountered two vehicles who were driving erratically and harassing other road users.

“Officers arrived on scene promptly and both vehicles, which were severely vandalised and most definitely not road legal! Were seized within 20 minutes of the first phone call.
“Enquiries are ongoing in regards to the incident. If you have any information or dash cam footage, please contact Durham constabulary on 101 and reference 272 of the 18/06/2023.”
