A two-vehicle crash in County Durham led to a police presence on the scene this morning.
The incident happened just before 8am today (Tuesday, June 6) on Shincliffe Lane in Sherburn House, near Sherburn Village.
Fortunately, it is not believed anyone was seriously injured in the collision.
Shincliffe Lane was blocked both ways on the A181, but the road is now reopened.

A spokesperson for Durham Police said: “Police were called shortly before 8am to a two-vehicle collision on the A181 at Sherburn House.
“Nobody is thought to have suffered any serious injuries.”
