A body has been found in the search of missing man Kris Butler.
Kris, 40, was reported missing on Saturday (June 3) when he didn't return home from walking his dogs.
He had left his address around 6.30pm with his French bulldog and his Pocket bulldog, heading for the track near Throckley Hall.
When he hadn’t returned home, his family raised the alarm and called police and extensive searches were carried out to locate him.

On Sunday (June 4) evening, Northumbria Police confirmed that they found a body the near Throckley, and while formal identification is yet to take place, they believe it to be Kris.
His family have been informed and are being supported by specialist officers.
Kris’ dogs were also found by a member of the public and have been retuned home.
Officers investigating his dissappearance do not believe there was any third party involvement in Kris' death and a report will be made for the coroner.
A spokesperson for the police force added: "This wasn't the outcome we wanted for Kris and his family and our thoughts are with them at this incredibly difficult time.
"We ask their privacy is respected while they come to terms with what has happened.
"Thank you to everyone who helped us search, as well as those who responded to and shared our appeal. We do appreciate your help."
