A new brunch restaurant is set to open in Darlington Market next week.
SiDES, due to open in Darlington Market on Thursday (June 1), will be headed by by Darlington resident Ory Vanes, his brother Keaton Linehan, 23 and fellow experienced chef Dan Rooney, 34.
The eatery will offer "brunch with a twist," sandwiches, and a wide range of side dishes.
They have said 90 per cent of all food sold at by the vendor will be homemade, including various breads.

Mr Vanes said: “Everything we make is restaurant quality and 90 per cent of our products are home made.
"We've all been chefs since we left school, so this is our passion.
“Market Asset Management have been so supportive and share our enthusiasm.
"There's been a lot of investment gone in and more to come. And I think it's just an exciting time to be a part of that and offer something different to the diverse range of street food traders.
"We can bring our style of food to the concept they have.”

They have pledged that all items will be sourced from the "best suppliers" and sourced locally where possible.
They have also promised “restaurant-quality food in cardboard containers” from the business which will open in the street food hall.
The vendor will be open on Monday 11am to 3pm, Thursday 11am to 9pm, Friday and Saturday 11am to 10pm, and Sunday 11am to 4pm.

They said the menu will include various butties as well as other options including different versions of Eggs Benidect and "Mexishan Eggs" (smashed avocado, crispy chilli and poached eggs served on a toasted croissant bun).
Side dishes will include homemade pork scratchings, smoked bacon and black pudding scotch eggs, smoked bacon onion rings, and falafel with spiced tahini.
Yorkshire pudding wraps, pies as well as a host of sides including pigs in blankets will also be available.
