Police have confirmed the identity of a man who died following a violent incident on a North East street earlier this week.
Cleveland Police have named Kieran Wood, 24, of Horden, as the man who died on Monday night (22 May) following an incident in Spurn Walk, Hartlepool, in which he sustained stab wounds.
The three people who were arrested in connection with the incident, a 66-year-old man and two women aged 36 and 55, have been released on police bail pending further enquiries.

The murder investigation into his death is ongoing and officers remain in the area.
Hartlepool Area Commander Superintendent Martin Hopps, said: “We believe this was an isolated incident and we have been carrying out high visibility patrols in the area, speaking to residents to provide reassurance to the local community.
"If you have any concerns or have information about what happened, please speak to one of our officers.”
On Monday, a Cleveland Police spokesperson said: “Police attended Spurn Walk in Hartlepool at around 4.05pm on Monday May 22, following reports of a violent altercation.
“A man in his twenties sadly died as a result of the incident.
