As many look unwind this weekend, those across the North East will be looking for cheap fuel to enjoy an outing.
Despite petrol's price gradually falling since January, many have still been left looking for the cheapest places to refuel in the face of high fuel costs.
With unleaded petrol currently costing an average of 145.24p per litre and diesel costing 155.51p according to the RAC, we have compiled a list of some of the cheapest petrol stations in the region.
