One person has been taken to hospital after a crash outside a North East school this morning.
North East Ambulance Service (NEAS) have confirmed they took one person to James Cook University Hospital after receiving a report of a crash on Stainton Way, Middlesborough at 8:29am today (May 9).
They confirmed they deployed two emergency ambulances and one rapid response vehicle to the scene.

Cleveland Fire Brigade (CFB) also attended the incident outside The Kings Academy, and adivsed motorists to avoid the area.
An NEAS spokesperson said: "We were called at 08:29am to a road traffic collision outside The Kings Academy on Stainton Way, Middlesborough.
"We sent two emergency ambulances and one rapid response vehicle. One patient is being taken to James Cook University Hospital."

A CFB spokesperson said: "We are currently (08:45hrs 09/05/23) attending an RTC on Stainton Way, Coulby Newham near to Kings Academy.
"Please avoid the area if possible."
The Northern Echo have contacted Cleveland Police for more information on the incident.
