The North East and North Yorkshire has spent the day celebrating the Coronation of King Charles III - and The Northern Echo has been there to capture it.
Our reporters and photographers have been touring the region's street parties, luches, picnics and other events to capture a flavour of the day.
We've been all over - to Darlington, Durham, Newton Aycliffe, Spennymoor, Stockton, Ferryhill, Ripon, Masham - and plenty of other places in between.
What we've seen overwhelmingly is people getting into the party mood, wearing outlandish cotumes, waving Union Jack flags and generally having fun.
The party is still going, so we'll be updating this picture gallery as the day continues.
