Voters in Middlesbrough took to the polls yesterday (May 4), electing a Labour majority after four years of no overall control.
Out of the 46 seats available on the council, Labour took 25, Independents were elected to 15, and Conservatives took four.
This is a noticeable success for the Labour party, who lost control of the council in 2019.
Here’s a full breakdown of who was elected in each Middlesbrough ward at this year’s local elections.
