MayFest kicked off for its second year on Saturday (April 29) and is set to run across the bank holiday weekend.
The popular event with three days of historical and traditional entertainment in Richmond town centre was first held in 2022.
A host of free events, with some ticketed but discounted to locals, including musicians, dancers and storytellers from the community alongside guest performers from further afield are all on the cards.

Kids, many bearing big grins, swung around the maypole at the castle as part of the traditional celebrations.
Saturday brought a day of music, followed by a day of dance on Sunday and tales and storytelling on bank holiday Monday.
Richmondshire Choral Society held its Spring concert on the Saturday in St Mary’s, while the Black Lion Folk Club led a folk session.
Local medieval minstrels Trouvere and other bands including Tritor and Bisarr, who were big hits in 2022, all performed for revellers.
