A teenager has been left hospitalised after sustaining a leg injury during a biking accident.
The incident happened on Friday (April 28) evening shortly after 5.30pm when the teen was riding in Errington Woods, just south of New Marske.
The teen had sustained an injury to his leg after a biking accident in the woods.

Paramedics rushed to the scene and called on mountain rescue teams to assist them.
He was stretchered to an ambulance before being taken on to hospital for further treatment.

A spokesperson for the volunteer Cleveland Mountain Rescue Team said: “Cleveland Mountain Rescue Team were deployed shortly after 5.30pm on Friday 28th April 2023, at the request of the North East Ambulance Service.
“A mountain rescue Land Rover with four members on board was dispatched from their Base with others making their own way to the scene in their own vehicles.
“The casualty was treated by paramedics and, once stabilised, the volunteer rescuers carried him on a rescue stretcher for approximately 250-metres to a waiting ambulance for onward treatment at hospital.”
