Budding cabin crew can jump at the chance to take to the skies as Emirates will hold a recruitment day this week.
The exclusive Dubai-based airline is looking for North East candidates to join its cabin crew team with the opportunity to fly the world.
The award-winning airline says it is looking ‘for individuals who are passionate about delivering simple yet personalised and impeccable hospitality while creating memorable moments for its customers’ and no experience as cabin crew is needed.

Successful candidates will get the chance to be based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and are offered free company accommodation, a tax-free salary, free transport to and from work, and medical cover.
The job ad says: "As the face of Emirates, you’ll be the person customers turn to for help and direction when they fly with us, so you need to be friendly, observant and able to provide the right support. Being a member of the cabin crew is so much more than a service role – safety is our highest priority.

"You’ll need to lead confidently and take control when it comes to managing aircraft services, security, and safety procedures."
Anyone interested can simply turn up at the recruitment open day on Wednesday (April 19) at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Newcastle with their CV and a recent photograph.
The airline has been flying to the UK for 35 years and currently operates 110 flights a week with daily flights from Newcastle.

Emirates’ global cabin crew is made up of 160 nationalities and operates in over 130 cities on six continents.
It is the largest global operator of the Boeing 777 and the Airbus A380 aircraft.
Anyone fancying their chances as cabin crew must apply online via the Emirates website to be invited to the assessment day.
