Crowds flocked to Thirsk on Sunday as TV's Yorkshire Vet, Peter Wright, hosted a charity tractor run.
More than 30 tractors travelled around North Yorkshire villages in the spring sunshine before stop offs in Thirsk Market Place and at Thirsk Auction Mart.
The event, in aid Herriot Hospice Homecare's appeal to transform Thirsk's old Lambert Hospital into a in-patient hospice, also featured local farmers the Greens, who regularly appear on the Yorkshire Vet TV show.
Funds raised at the tractor run are still being compiled, and prior to the event, Peter said: “I am a big believer in charity beginning at home and it’s fantastic that people across Hambleton and Richmondshire will be able to benefit from this fantastic hospice facility.
"To be able to have this level of care on our own doorstep is priceless.”
The community Herriot Hospice@The Lambert appeal has raised more than £1.2m so far, with a further £490,000 needed before the hospice opens its door later this year.
Peter is now focusing on his next fundraising event to support the hospice – a gruelling coast to coast cycle ride from Morecambe to Bridlington, from June 7 to 9.
