A North East man has been charged in court after fly-tipping on a patch of land without permission.
David Thomas, aged 52 of Thorndyke Avenue in Middlesbrough, appeared before Teesside Magistrates Court on March 28.
He was charged with two counts of fly-tipping, with one incident taking place on 9 Lythe Place in Middlesbrough on June 8, 2022.

The second incident took place at Grove Hill Community Hub on Bishopton Road in Middlesbrough on June 14, 2022.
Thomas pleaded guilty to both charges and was given a community order of unpaid work.
He was also made to pay £114 to victim services and £240 in court costs.
