The new store is one of several set to open at Teesside Park this year.
Primark has announced plans to open at the retail park following a £140m UK-wide investment in its stores.
And last month plans were launched to overhaul the former Toys R Us unit which has sat vacant for five years, although no announcement has yet been made as to who could be moving into the building.
