A County Durham pub is looking for an “experienced publican” as part of a retail partnership tenancy with a potential turnover of over £500,000.
The Whitehills pub on Waldridge Road in Chester-le-Street has been described as a business that is “already set up for success.”
Stonegate Pub Partners have listed the establishment with a potential turnover of £524,000.
Described as a two-room operation, with a good-sized bar and large lounge, the pub also benefits from the additional space provided by a good-sized conservatory.
Inside the venue, the space provides an opportunity for customers to dine or drink.
The bar area of the building is sports orientated with a number of large TV screens and a pool table.

Meanwhile, the lounge area is considered a more relaxed space to enjoy a drink and something to eat.

There is also a beer garden to the front and rear of the property, a perfect place for hot summer days.
Private accommodation in the pub consists of three bedrooms and is ideal for a family and in “great” condition, say Stonegate Pub Group.
The guide rent per week for the Whitehills pub is at £673 per week, reaching £35,000 per year.
