A popular restaurant that serves North East delicacies has announced that it will be closing in the near future - citing growing rent and utility costs.
Marshall's in Yarm, which opened in 2020, has fast become a top place to grab a Teesside delicacy of a Parmo over the last three years.
Competing with the likes of Manjaros for serving up the chicken and cheese dish, Marshall's announced on Monday (February 28) that it would be closing its doors in a short post.

Taking to its Facebook page, the restaurant said: "Dr Marshall has asked us to thank the truly amazing customers who have supported us since Marshall’s has opened.
"He is getting ready to go adventuring again and see where the sea winds take him in his next exciting chapter!!!
"We all hope it is in a land where utilities, rent, rates and VAT are fairly priced!!
"We will keep you posted."
It's unknown at this time when Marshall's will be closing its doors - but customers should be fast to get their last Parmo fix before it closes.
