Ant and Dec have shared their memories from the early days of their presenting career on the children's TV show SM:TV Live.

The show, which ran from 1998 to 2003, was broadcast on ITV in the UK and was hosted by Ant and Dec and Cat Deeley.

It featured a variety of high-energy challenges and comedy skits. 

The duo recalled the time when Christina Aguilera was the worst interview they ever had, as she was moody, wore sunglasses and refused to do the interview live.

However, things changed when they got Geordie Sting to do an interview, as this convinced more celebrities to come on the show.

One of their biggest guests was Paul McCartney, which they described as a “pinch me moment”.

Ant and Dec have gone on to have huge success with other TV shows, such as Saturday Night's Takeaway, Britain's Got Talent and I'm A Celebrity.
