A man has been arrested on suspicion of drink or drug driving after crashing his car into a parked car, which then damaged a property in County Durham.
Police officers from Durham Police were called to Gregson Street in Sacriston at around 4.30pm on Wednesday (February 22) following reports of a road traffic collision.

Police have since confirmed that during the incident, a BMW collided with a parked car which then caused damage to a house.
Another car was also damaged.
The driver of the BMW, a 38-year-old man, was arrested at the scene on suspicion of driving whilst under the influence of drink or drugs and was taken into custody where he remains.
