A fire at a property in a North East town left a father, mother and baby in hospital with smoke inhalation.
On February 13 at around 10.30pm crews from Darlington, Newton Aycliffe and Bishop Auckland fire stations were called to a house fire on Corporation Road in Darlington.
Crews arrived at a raging fire on the first floor of the property and began to tackle it.
A woman and baby were evacuated suffering from smoke inhalation.
A man also suffered from smoke inhalation and burns and all three were successfully rescued by fire crews.
Both were then cared for by North East Ambulance Service and County Durham and Darlington Fire and Rescue Service wished them a speedy recovery.

The fire is believed to have started in the bedroom area and is thought to have been started by an electric heater.
A spokesperson for County Durham and Darlington Fire and Rescue Service said: “If you use an electric heater, please make sure you follow the manufacturer's guidance on its use.
