Holly's mum Micala Trussler said in a post on Facebook: "We'd really love for people to come along and help us remember Holly and we feel that as a community, you've supported us so much, that we'd love you to be part of it.
"Again, I thank you all so much for supporting me through the toughest time of my life."
The family has asked that mourners wear purple in Holly’s honour.
Earlier this month crowds gathered around the Northumberland town’s bandstand for a vigil in Holly’s memory.

Her family and friends wore purple and lay tributes around the bandstand while a minutes’ silence was held.
The funeral comes three weeks after Holly was stabbed in the Priestpopple area of the town at around 5pm on January 27.
A 16-year-old boy, who cannot be named for legal reasons, has been charged with her murder and will appear in court on February 27.
An inquest into Holly’s death was opened and adjourned earlier this week.
