Police are hunting a Middlesbrough man after a woman was allegedly followed into a park before being assaulted and raped.
The incident happened along Crescent Road at around 5.30am on Sunday, November 26.
Police received reports that a man followed a woman aged in her late 20s into Ayresome Park before assaulting her and raping her.
He then made off in the direction of Linthorpe Road.
The suspect has been described by the victim as of Asian appearance, with black hair tied in a bun, in his early 30s, of muscular build, facial hair and wearing black clothing.

A spokesperson for Cleveland Police added: “Anyone who may know the identity of the man in the image or anyone who may have further information is asked to call Cleveland Police on 101, quoting incident number SE22214064.
