Police have launched a manhunt and raided two houses after a 'public order' incident in County Durham on Monday (January 23) morning.
Officers from Durham Police issued a warning to people to avoid Shield Row Lane in Annfield Plain while they dealt with an incident.
A police cordon was in place and they closed off the route to drivers and bus routes to allow officers to carry out searches of the area.
